1. Plug in table top steamer box and add water to basin.

  2. Add frozen or slacked buns to slotted pan. Make sure to keep paper on bottom of buns to prevent sticking to pan.

  3. Note: Slacked buns will heat much quicker than frozen and is recommended for quicker service.

  4. Place slotted pan on top of water basin and cover with lid

  5. Allow to steam for 12-15 minutes until internal temp reaches 165 degress.

  6. Optional: Pan sear the bottome of buns on flat top with oil to add a crunch.
