Frozen Dumplings
Bring pot of water to boil.
Add bags of dumplings to fill your pot without overcrowding.
Bring water back to boil for 6 mins or until dumplings float.
Ensure dumplings cook until reaching 165 degrees internal temp.
Oil the bottom of aluminum pans for storing dumplings once cooked.
Remove dumplings from pot with strainer and place into oiled pan.
Allow dumplings to cool on counter to cool.
Once slightly cooled, add vegetable oil and liberally coat dumplings to prevent them from sticking together.
Cover pans, date and label type for each pan. Place in refrigerator for later use.
