Frozen Dumplings
Use large aluminum pans to cook dumplings in a combi steam oven.
Oil bottom of pans and place 3 bags of dumplings in the pan. Prep multiple pans to fit the steam oven.
Oil the top of the dumplings that you added to the pan.
Preheat Combi Over to 210 degrees, full steam, and medium fan.
Once oven is to full steam heat open the doors and be careful of released steam.
Place pans into the combi oven and cook for 8-9 minutes.
After cooking time, remove dumplings and place on counter to cool.
Add vegetable oil and liberally coat dumplings to prevent them from sticking together.
Cover pans, date and label type for each pan. Place in refrigerator for later use.
