1. Bring soup or broth to boil.

  2. Add bags of dumplings to broth near end of cooking process.

  3. Bring broth to boil for 6 mins or until dumplings reach165 degrees internal temp.

  4. Laddle soup with dumplings into bowls to serve.

  5. Optional: Can pre-cook dumplings as in other steps and add into soup before plating.
