Sauce: Add 8–12 oz Dumpling Daughter Spicy Sweet Soy to a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 cup chopped cilantro (or to taste).

Wings: Par-cook wings (fryer or oven). Hold for service and finish to order.

  • Scallions (Optional Garnish)

  • Cilantro (Chopped)

    stirred into sauce

  • Dumpling Daughters Spicy Sweet Soy

    for tossing

SERVICE / ORDER

  1. Bring wings to temp in fryer or oven until 165°F internal; drain well.

  2. Toss hot wings in Spicy Sweet Soy cilantro sauce until evenly coated.

  3. Plate and garnish with sliced scallions (optional).

  4. Refresh sauce as needed for quality and consistency (recommended every 4–5 orders).

TIPS & NOTES

Drain wings well before tossing so the sauce clings (not slides).

Toss while wings are hot for the glossiest, most even coating.

Par-cook wings ahead and finish to order for speed and peak crisp.

Refresh sauce every 4–5 orders to keep flavor bright and consistent.

Garnish with scallions/cilantro right before serving for freshness.
