Sauce: Add 8–12 oz Dumpling Daughter Spicy Sweet Soy to a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 cup chopped cilantro (or to taste).
Wings: Par-cook wings (fryer or oven). Hold for service and finish to order.

SERVICE / ORDER
Bring wings to temp in fryer or oven until 165°F internal; drain well.
Toss hot wings in Spicy Sweet Soy cilantro sauce until evenly coated.
Plate and garnish with sliced scallions (optional).
Refresh sauce as needed for quality and consistency (recommended every 4–5 orders).
