Cook scallion pancake on flat top or skillet until crisp and pliable (about 2–4 min per side).

  1. Layer shaved smoked ham and Swiss in the center.

  2. Roll tightly (or fold like a wrap) and toast seam-side down to seal.

  3. Continue to toast, turning as needed, until Swiss is melted and exterior is golden and crisp (about 2–4 min total).

  4. Slice on a bias (optional), wrap for grab & go, and serve with 1–2 oz Dumpling Daughter Spicy Sweet Soy Aioli.

Grab & Go (No Melting)

Cook scallion pancake on flat top or skillet until crisp and pliable (about 2–4 min per side).

  1. Lay scallion pancake flat and add ham + Swiss.

  2. Roll tightly and wrap.

  3. Portion 1–2 oz Spicy Sweet Soy Aioli in a cup.

  4. Chill/hold refrigerated until service.

TIPS & NOTES

Keep ham portioned and Swiss sliced for fast builds and consistent results.

Toast seam-side down first to seal the roll and prevent it from opening.

Scallion pancakes can be par-cooked and finished to order for speed and best crisp.

Portion 1–2 oz Spicy Sweet Soy Aioli per order; keep extra cups stocked for grab & go.

For best texture, serve immediately after toasting—pancake stays crisp and cheese stays melty.
